We set-up in our servers a data base
that sums up every information related to your installation, so that we still are able to intervene in case of a technical issue
That document consists in:
a computing inventory: equipment (servers, networks...), software versions, providers of hardware and software
pass words
scheduled tasks: file savings, non stop follow up, data updating
access to external provider: how to reach one (adress, phone, email... ) and their capacities.
